Youthful Hearts Line Dancing For All Levels, Men & Women After 50

Enjoy a fabulous mind-body workout while dancing your way to better health!  You’ll boost your brain power by improving your memory skills, strengthen your bones without hurting your joints, develop better balance to help prevent falls and release stress so you feel great.

This 40-minutes line dancing class can be done by itself or as a supplement to Fit and Fun or Still Going Strong. We dance to a wide mix of music styles, including country, pop and big band.  No advanced dances are done in this medium-paced class. Come meet some great people and breathe new life into your soul! (Wear soft-soled shoes.)

Line Dance Video Demo

Below is a video clip of a line dance class demo that I taught at the “Let’s Move, Novato! event on May 14, 2011. This event was for all ages, put on by Novato Parks, Recreation and Community Services, to encourage exercise for better health. This video demo gives a taste of what my line dance classes are like.
