“I wish to express my appreciation for the Youthful Hearts Chair Exercise program and the manner in which Jeanette conducts it at the Margaret Todd Senior Center on Tuesdays. Though the program is not overly strenuous, I find it to be very effective. This I personally experienced quite recently, when I made another of my lifetime unintelligent decisions and felt that I should clean the water gutters of my home. Upon completion of the project, I made an intelligent decision (for a change) that I would not be doing that again.
However, everything appeared normal until the following morning when I experienced strong pain in my lower back. It being Tuesday, and though feeling I would be limited, I decided to attend Jeanette’s class. I was able to complete all the exercises and on leaving the building, was amazed to discover that all pain and discomfort had vanished.
Again I commend Jeanette on a well-planned, implemented and conducted program. The people that rejoin for each new class apparently have come to the same conclusion.” ~ John Dineen, Novato, CA
