Kickstart 2024 with Fitness


Dear Youthful Hearts,
 
Let’s finish the year strong together! Join me on Tuesday, December 19th, at the Margaret Todd Senior Center for our last fitness class together of 2023. Drop-ins are welcome! We’ll celebrate our aliveness, embrace the joy of movement, and set the tone for a healthy and happy holiday break ahead. Let’s make this final class of the year uplifting!  
 
If you’ll be joining us this Tuesday, and you’re inspired to do so, wear something festive.🧑‍🎄 ☃️ It doesn’t have to be a big deal. Just a scarf, hat, or holiday sweater, anything to add a bit of holiday cheer. It’ll be fun! 🤗💃
 
January Schedule:
Gear up for an amazing 2024! Our first session runs from January 9th to February 13th. Sign up by December 22nd, before the Senior Center closes for the holiday break. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart the new year with a commitment to your well-being. Let’s continue our journey towards fitness and vitality together!
 
December 19th Tuesday Class Schedule: 
9:30am – 10:30am, Fit and Fun, Low Impact Aerobics + more 
10:50am – 11:50am*, Still Going Strong, Strength/Stretch/Balance + more 12:15pm – 12:55pm*, Line Dancing, Beginner/Intermediate dances
1:15pm – 1:55pm*, Chair Exercise, Light Cardio/Strength/Stretch + more
 
*Please note: In 2024, Still Going Strong and Line Dancing will start 10 minutes later, and Chair Exercise will start 15 minutes later.
