Happy Thanksgiving 2023

Dear Youthful Hearts:

As we approach Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for each and every one of you in our wonderful senior fitness community.  I’m genuinely thankful for the positive energy you’ve brought in to my life, whether you’re in one of my classes now or you attended in the past.   I’m truly thankful for the privilege of working with such an inspiring group.  May your Thanksgiving be filled with warmth, joy, and the company of loved ones. 

I also want to take a moment to recognize that this time of year can be particularly challenging for those who carry the weight of grief and loss. If you find yourself navigating through these emotions, please know that you are not alone. Your feelings are valid, and it’s okay to lean on the support of others or take time for self-care. May you find moments of peace and comfort during this season, and may the memories of your loved ones bring warmth to your heart. Wishing you strength, solace, and a gentle holiday season.
