The new year is upon us, and I’m ready to get the 50+ fitness training rolling! I hope you’ll hop aboard and join us for some fun and healthful movement to start your year off right. I offer classes for all fitness levels so everyone is welcome. If you’re not sure which class is right for you, I am available to discuss personal needs and give my recommendations for where to start. We are an upbeat, friendly group of boomers and seniors, so if you are looking for supportive, moderate fitness and caring connections, you’ve come to the right place.
