I love Halloween because Youthful Hearts of all ages are often more willing to dress up and PLAY. A little bit of play can go a long way toward boosting our happiness and improving our health. Play is the purest form of joy and is essential for problem solving, harmonious relationships and creativity. We don’t lose the need for imaginativeness and amusement as we grow up. However, like other important lifestyle habits, we must consciously choose to make PLAY an ongoing practice. Make it a top priority to frequently participate in activities that help you to experience pleasurable, fun and purposeless play. Here’s a video of me having some fun for All Hallow’s Eve.
What did you do as a child that excited you? How can you recreate that today?
