Time for You. Take A Pause.

Have you checked in with yourself today? How are you feeling and what are you thinking? What are you focusing on in this “NOW” moment? Are you feeling good because you’re tuned into what you want in life and enjoying your life pursuits, or are you feeling down because you’re tuned into what you don’t want (such as negative circumstances and issues) and therefore lacking inspiration? 

Pause and ReflectIf you feel stuck on the negative and thinking about what you don’t want, then practice consciously redirecting your focus to what you do want and explore how it feels to imagine having it. Is it comfortable or uncomfortable to focus on the positive?  Be honest and allow your feelings to be gently experienced and then guide them in a positive way. Reaffirm what is important to you and give yourself permission to take one manageable action step toward doing something rewarding that you REALLY want to do.

Choose something that is not dependent on someone else performing a certain way to make you happy. Empower yourself by focusing on what you have control of in your own life and reach for a better place. You absolutely deserve it! Close your eyes, take a deep breath and sigh it out. Appreciate this moment of peace for yourself. Feel grateful for your unfolding aliveness.
